Lynne Drury - Coating Service Administrator

Lynne works on ensuring the scheduling of the coating service runs smoothly and is the first contact for current coating projects

Karl Hardcastle - Operations Manager

Since joining SCH in 2004 Karl has been responsible for introducing a number of improvements and standards, including ISO9001 accreditation, the achievement of the Investors in People standard,has introduction of lean manufacturing as well as helping to grow the business through his customer-focussed attitude.

Ricky Hirst - Service Engineer

Ricky provides first line service support for UK customers and distributors.

Lee Hitchens - Managing Director

Since joining the company in 2004, Lee has been responsible for the introduction of the Humiseal range of materials, the growth in the business of the conformal coating equipment division and the development of the distributor network globally.

Lee has worked in conformal coating for 14 years.

Jez Jones - Production Manager

With five years of experience in operating the coating service, Jez has brought to SCH a positive can-do attitude which is the corner stone of the customer-focussed approach which has driven SCH's success.
